About The Accommodation

Apartments Villa MaVeRo offer a comfortable accommodation only 150m from the pebble beach in Soline bay, in Banjole 7 km from Pula. The apartments are located in a family house which is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and a private parking place. The house is located in a quiet street, 150m from the beach and about 1km away from the town center and major tourist facilities.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Banjole, summer holidays for larger groups as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Villa MaVeRo offers accommodation in 3 apartments with capacity of beds for 4, 3-5 and 2-3 persons.
Apartment ID1 for 4 persons is located on the first floor of the villa, consisting of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom (toilet / shower / bathtub), two bedrooms and a terrace with sea view.
Apartment ID2 for 3-5 persons, is located on the first floor of the house and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom (toilet / shower / bathtub) and a balcony and a terrace. Balcony and the terrace have a nice view at villas garden full of blooming trees and seasonal flowers.
In the living room there is a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for one person, and on request and on agreement with the owner there is a possibility of additional bed.
Apartment ID3 is ideal for two persons or families with younger child. Apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, and is consisted of a terrace in the garden of the house, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room / sleeping area with a double bed 160 / 200 cm. and an extra bed for a small child.

Each apartment has: air condition, satellite TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils; Toiletries (shampoos, detergents, toilet paper ..), towels (three per person, changed every third day).. etc.
Possibility of laundry service in agreement with the owner in a separate part of the villa equipped with a washing machine.

Notes and surcharges:
- The apartment is rented with the possibility of arrival and departure on Saturdays (July, August and mid September) for at least 7 days and the other months each day (at least 5 days).
- Arrival of guests is scheduled after 16:00h and departure no later than 9:00h in the morning.
- The reservation is consider confirmed by paying a deposit in the amount of 100€ (per 1 week stay) or 200€ for a stay longer than a week on the currency account of the rentals owner.
- The rental price depends on the number of guests, the date of arrival and the length of stay in the apartment
- Pet are allowed only by a prior agreement with owner. Surcharge for pet is 5 € / per day.
- Tourist registration 5 € / per person, one time payment.
- Final cleaning 20 €.

Banjole is a small fishing and tourist Croatian resort, located in southern Istria, about 7 km south of Pula, in the municipality of Medulin. Its natural beauty, countless bays, clean sea and fragrant pine forests, are the source of countless pleasures and perfect holidays.
Soline bay is located on the north side of Banjole, in this bay is located popular Mornar beach. This is a beautiful pebble beach, on the side made of concrete platoon, and on some parts of rocky surfaces. This beach is quite attractive for a number of reasons. The sea is extremely quiet, clean and comfortable warm. In the seabed there is a small water park for children. On the beach there is a possibility of renting kayaks.
Near the bay of Soline and Banjole are: Soline Forest Park, Fratric Island, Veruda Island, Arena Campsite, Vinkurun Village, Pjescana Uvala (Sandy bay)..
