About The Accommodation
Apartment Livia offers budget accommodation first row to the sea and 30m from the pebble beach in Vinisce near Trogir. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house which is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and with its own parking. The house is located first row to the sea, in the very center of the place.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Vinišće, summer holidays for smaller group as well as for water sports enthusiasts or recreational vacations.
Accommodation capacity of the apartment is for 4-6 persons and consists of a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (double bed, 140cm, 180cm), bathroom (toilet / shower), a large terrace overlooking the sea and a balcony overlooking the greenery. In the living room there is a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for 1-2 persons.
The apartment has air condition, satellite TV, WiFi internet .. Parking space is provided.
Guests have at their disposal a beautifully landscaped garden with a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue facilities and the possibility of tasting local specialties with friendly hosts.
Apartment Livia is situated on an attractive location, there are 20km from the airport and at only an hour's drive to there UNESCO sites that offers the opportunity for day trips and excursions: Trogir 20km, Sibenik, Split 45 km and National Park Krka.
Vinišće is a village and a small bay without the noise and crowds, located 20 km southwest of Trogir. The coastal area near the village provides opportunities for underwater fishing, and is distinguished by attractive inlets with sandy beaches.
Along with swimming and sunbathing, Vinisce offers many activities such as surfing, sport fishing and underwater fishing, as well as a boat excursions to nearby islands. For those who love entertainment and night life, we recommend visiting nearby destinations Trogir and Sibenik.
