About The Accommodation
Apartment BABS SWISS offers comfortable accommodation in a newly decorated apartment located just a few steps from the beach in Poljana, a village several kilometers from the place Preko on the island Ugljan. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house with its own parking space.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Preko or summer holidays for small groups of up to 6 persons.
Apartment BABS SWISS is a new apartment with capacity of 4+2 beds and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and two terraces overlooking the sea.
The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet ..
At the guests disposal is a large terrace on the ground floor with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking lot and berth for small boats are provided.
Poljana is a bay and a village on the island Ugljan, a continuation of village Preko, situated south-east from village Sutomiscica. Poljana is one of the smallest places on the island Ugljan, bounded by the picturesque peninsula of St. Peter with a Romanesque church of St. Peter from the 13th century and rows of houses on the other side, always surrounded by landscaped gardens.. Many wells, water resources and a large number of sunny hours are the reason that here during the summer and winter grow many kinds of vegetables and fruits.
Preko is a small picturesque town located on the island Ugljan. The town’s infrastructure is made up of typical Dalmatian architecture (country houses, preserved untouched nature, beautiful Mediterranean landscapes, and crystal clear water with both sandy and rocky beaches).
Numerous bays provide ideal opportunities for sports such as sailing, surfing, water skiing, and snorkeling. You will experience the Mediterranean at its best while you take a stroll along “Lungomare” or by sipping on your favorite drink from a terrace overlooking the Zadar channel.
