Villa Brucker is a nicely decorated family house with a spacious garden, located in a quiet street with low traffic. The house is 70m away from the beach and 500m from the town center and all important tourist facilities. Kožino is a small settlement situated between the city of Zadar and the tourist resort Petrcane.
The accommodation is ideal for family vacations in Kožino, summer holidays for smaller groups as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

Villa Brucker offers accommodation in 2 apartments, each with a capacity of beds for 4-5 persons. Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and large terrace overlooking the sea. The living room has a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for one adult.

In the spacious and covered terrace on the ground floor, guests can use the garden furniture and barbecue. Parking is provided.

Kožino is a small tourist destination which belongs to the city of Zadar, which is only about 10km away. Kozino is located between Diklo and Petricane and is well connected with the entire area.
