Apartments Lara offer comfortable accommodation in a quiet environment of village Valbandon, near the sea, the beach and about 2km from Fazana. The apartments are located in a family house with a beautifully landscaped yard with a Mediterranean garden and swings for children. The house is situated in a quiet street, with low traffic. Near the house there are shops and restaurants, and all the important tourist facilities are located in the nearby Fažana for about 2 minutes drive. From the sea and beautiful Istrian beaches the house is about 1.2 km away.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Fazana, summer summer holidays for a larger group, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in 3 apartments with a capacity of beds for 2-4 and 4-6 persons.
Apartment ID1 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2-4 persons. The apartment has a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace in the garden with garden furniture. In the living room there are two couches, which can serve as an extra bed for 2 people.
Studio apartment ID2 is located on the ground floor and is for maximum 2 persons. The apartment has a room with two single beds, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a covered terrace with a view of the garden and the greenery.
Apartment ID3 is located on the first floor of the house. This is a newly renovated and modernly equipped apartment that can accommodate 4-6 persons. The apartment has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (toilet / bathtub / shower) and large, covered terrace with garden furniture.

All apartments have air condition, St Tv, Internet ..
Guests have at their disposal a spacious, nicely decorated garden with swings for children, a covered terrace with table and chairs, and the possibility of using barbecue facilities. Parking place is provided.

Rental price Include: consumption of electricity and water, and a final cleaning.

Fažana is a tourist and fishing place situated along the coast of the Istrian Peninsula, opposite the National Park Brijuni and about 8 km from town Pula. Fazana is a place known since the ancient Roman times, called Vasianum by former factory of amphorae. The municipality of Fazana consist of two settlements, Fazana and Valbandon.
Fažana is the port for the Brijuni Islands - the national park with the attributes of paradise. Beautiful beaches, pine forests, long promenades along the sea, the restaurant on the coast, makes Fazana an ideal destination for leisure and recreation.

Valbandon is a small tourist town near Fazana, located in the northwest part of Istria. Valbandon has beautiful greenery and long beaches with fine white gravel. The name of the village of Valbandon is relatively newer and dates from the Italian term "abandoned wave" which translates to "abandoned or overgrown bays". Valabandon is a destination, ideal for a peaceful vacation. Thanks to the vicinity of the town of Pula and the beautiful Croatian National Park Brijuni, located just across Valbandon (only 6,4 km away), from the town are possible organized or independent trips to ancient Pula Arena, Brijuni islands, Fažana.. In addition to swimming and sunbathing, Valbandon offers a great opportunity for recreational vacation, the place has a lot of hiking and biking trails and wine roads. For guests who prefer night outings, in Fazana or Valbandon, are larger themed dinner parties and fishing festivals as well as various other events that can satisfy every guest's wishes.
