Villa Luci is an old, stone Istrian house, completely restored and equipped in June 2017g., it is surrounded by a spacious garden, and located about 1km from the sea, the beach and the center of Rovinj.
The accommodation is suitable for short stays in Rovinj, romantic holidays for couples, as well as for those who love recreational and active vacations.
In Villa Luci accommodation is offered in 3 double rooms, with the possibility for an extra bed, and in one pet friendly studio apartment.
All accommodation units have double bed, mini bar, air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi internet and private bathroom (toilet / shower)
Guests have on use a spacious garden with a shared terrace with barbecue facilities. The facility also has a large parking space.
