Accommodation is offered in three new apartments with capacity of 4 + 2, 3 + 1 and 2 + 2 beds. Two apartments are located on the ground floor and one apartment is on the first floor of the house.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, living room, one or two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace.
Ground floor apartments have a covered terrace in front of the apartment. The terraces are surrounded by flowers and thick shadow of citrus. The apartment on the first floor has a terrace overlooking the sea.
Guests can use barbecue and parking in the shade of grapevine.

Podstrana is a small holiday destination located on the coast at the foot of the hill Perun, 8 km from Split in Croatia. Podstrana is formed of four villages: Strožanac, Grljevac, Sv. Martin and Mutogras.
