Villa Capo Bonaci**** is a stone villa with pool, located in a small village Banki 7 km from Tinjan and all the services this small town offers to its inhabitants and 15km from Poreč. The house is situated on 1014 m2 plot surrounded by centuries-old oak woods.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Istria, summer holidays for larger group, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.
The house has a total area of 200 m2 and accommodation capacity for up to 8 persons. The house was built in an indigenous Mediterranean style so as not to undermine the concept of Istrian architecture. During the construction of the house, attention was paid to the finest details, from a mild drop of the roof to the windows framed by ancient stone edges.
The ground floor of this beautiful property consists of a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and one bedroom with a veranda on the north terrace.
On the first floor there are a total of three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom and exit to the covered terraces from which a beautiful, relaxing view of the greenery and the forest.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house is air-conditioned, has satellite TV, WiFi internet, safe deposit box, alarm .. The parking space is provided on the enclosed parking lot of the house.
Upon request, a baby cot and a highchair are also available.
The garden is fenced with drywall which gives its guests absolute privacy. A dream vacation provides a pool with a spacious sunbathing area and an outdoor fireplace to enjoy specialties in the summer months.
