The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house which is situated along the sea shore, only 15 meters from the beach and about 500m away from the town center and all major tourist facilities.
The apartment is suitable for family vacations in Podstrana, romantic holiday for couples as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.
The Beach Apartment is a newly-renovated apartment with a capacity of beds for 2-4 persons, consisting of living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace with table and chairs. In the living room there is a large sofa that can serve as an extra bed for two persons.
The apartment has air condition, Sat TV, Internet... Guests have on use a parking space, barbecue facilities and deck chairs on the beach.
Podstrana is a small holiday destination located on the coast at the foot of the hill Perun, 8 km from Split in Croatia. Podstrana is formed of four villages: Strožanac, Grljevac, Sv. Martin and Mutogras.
Podstrana have 9 km long coastline with many sandy and pebble beaches as well as a rich cultural heritage, excellent cuisine which is offered in many restaurants and taverns; many bars and cafés, grocery shops, supermarket, post office and all the necessary tourist facilities located on the beach or in one of the villages.
The vicinity of town Split offers daily trips to this beautiful coastal town as well as boat trips to the neighborhood islands.
