The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house, situated in the shade of old pine trees and hidden from the hustle and bustle. The house is located close to the promenade of river Žrnovnica and about 1900m from the camp Stobreč.
Accommodation is suitable for a family vacation in Podstrana, summer holidays for larger group or two families as well as for active holidays near the city of Split.
The capacity of the apartment is 8 beds and consists of a living room with kitchen, three bedrooms of which two have a double bed and 1 single bed and the third bedroom has two single beds, two bathrooms and a terrace in front of the apartment.
The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet .. behind the house is a fireplace where guests can enjoy preparing a meal in the fresh air. Parking is provided in-front of the house.
The house is located in a quiet part of Podstrana with very little traffic. Near the house is a a store and a bus stop. In just a few minutes stroll from the house is beautiful promenade along the river Žrnovnica, where in pleasant ambience you can spend time walking and relaxing in peace and quiet. The promenade leads to the old mill from the XV century, where you can feel the touch of Croatian national history.
Podstrana is a holiday destination located on the coast at the foot of the hill Perun, 8 km from Split in Croatia. Podstrana is formed of four villages: Strožanac, Grljevac, Sv. Martin and Mutogras.
Podstrana have 9 km long coastline with many sandy and pebble beaches as well as a rich cultural heritage, excellent cuisine which is offered in many restaurants and taverns; many bars and cafés, grocery shops, supermarket, post office and all the necessary tourist facilities located on the beach or in one of the villages.
The vicinity of town Split offers daily trips to this beautiful coastal town as well as boat trips to the neighborhood islands.
