Villa Vanessa offers quality accommodation just 200m from several beaches in Rovinj. Villa Vanessa is situated in a quiet street in Borik, tourist resort 2 km away from the center of the old town of Rovinj. The house is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with lots of flowers and citrus trees.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Rovinj, summer holidays for smaller group of up to 5 persons as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations in Istria.

The accommodation is offered in one spacious apartment of 130m2, which occupies the entire floor (high ground floor) and the first floor of the house. The apartment is rented for a maximum of 5 persons, but can be also rented for couples who want more comfort.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 small bathroom with shower and 1 large bathroom), 2 toilets and two large terraces overlooking the sea.
On the high ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a winter garden and a large terrace with seating and deckchairs. The upper floor can be reached by a spiral staircase, where are 3 bedrooms, 1 large terrace and panoramic room overlooking the sea and Figarola islet.
Apartment has air conditioning, Sat TV, Internet, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing and servicing dishes ..
The owners live in the ground floor of the house.

Guests of the apartments have on use a beautifully landscaped garden, and the possibility to use a barbecue facilities and a parking space in the closed yard of the house.
The villa is just 200 meters from the natural pebble beach. In vicinity of the house is also beach Figarola, it is a newly decorated, very beautiful pebble beach with promenade and restaurants.

The apartment can be rented for 2, 3, 4 and maximum 5 persons.
The apartment is rented only during the period from 20 April to 05 November of the current year.

Borik is part of Rovinj, located about 2 km from the city center. The beach in Borik is called Figarola (name is obtained by the name of the islet it is looking at) and is located in the bay Lešo.
The Figarola beach is a partly rocky, partly pebble, small charming beach with a beautiful view of the open sea and islands and also the magical old town of Rovinj. Figarola Beach offers several bars and exclusive restaurants overlooking the sea. One of them has a beach terrace perfect for a romantic dinner with a breathtaking view. Right next to the beach is a pine forest that provides a pleasant shade.
Rovinj is located on the Istrian peninsula underneath the Lim canal and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. In Rovinj are a wide range of accommodation from camps, private accommodation, to smaller apartments and hotels. Long history of this town has been recorded in numerous buildings, churches and streets.
Population is engaged in fishing, tourism and winery. Summers in Rovinj are rich in cultural and entertainment events, such as the "Rovinjske noci" (Rovinjs nights)
