The house is situated in a quiet part of town, only 80 from the beach, 90m from the grocery and about 400m from the city center and all major tourist facilities.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Biograd, summer holidays for larger group as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and nautical tourism.

The accommodation is offered in three apartments with a capacity of beds for 2-4 and 4-6 persons, and in one studio apartment for 2-3 persons.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, one or two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace. The apartments on the first and upper floor have a sea view.
All apartments have free Wi-Fi, TV, air condition, and a parking place in the closed yard of the house. Guests of the apartment have on use a barbecue in the garden of the house.

Biograd is a tourist and nautical center, located in the very center of the Adriatic coast.
