Apartments Pogačić offer low cost accommodation 60m from the beach Lučica on the island of Vir. Apartments are located in a newly built family house, located in a small, quiet street with no traffic. The house is only 60m away from the beach harbor, about 150m from the beach Bobovik and about 400-500m from the sandy beach Žitna Uvala.
Apartments are suitable for family vacations in Vir, holidays for larger groups, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in 7 apartments with a capacity of beds for 6-7, 4-6, 3-4 and 4 persons.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace with outdoor seating; Apartments for 4 to 6 persons are with two bedrooms, while smaller apartments for 2-4 persons have one bedroom. The apartments offers a view of the sea, the nearby islands and Velebit mountain.

All apartments have provided parking place. In front of the house is a small park with a grill and two large tree
which provide a pleasant natural shade.

Beach Lucica is about 60 meters from the apartments, and within 500m of the house there are grocery shop, restaurants, ATM's, post office, the center of Vir and other tourist facilities.
