Apartments are located in a family house with large garden and a private parking space. The house is situated in a quiet part of town, in a residential area named Bolnica, which is surrounded by a spacious pine forest park. The house is located about 850m from the first beach and about 700m from the center of Porec.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Porec, summer holidays for larger group, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.
Accommodation is offered in three apartments and in one studio apartment of different size and accommodation capacity for 2 to 5 persons. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen with dining room, one or two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace or balcony.
The apartments are equipped with: air conditioning, Sat-TV, Internet .. Parking place is provided.
Guests can enjoy in a beautifully landscaped garden with table and chairs and barbecue.
