Turanj is a tourist resort connected by promenade "Lungo mare" with the center of Sv. Filip i Jakov. City stretches along the 4 km long coastline, located in the Pasman canal and surrounded by small archipelago with 16 islets. The coast offers a wonderful view over the only inhabited island in the archipelago, the island Babac, located 1 nautical mile from Turanj.
